Program Submission Guidelines
Our printed programs are designed using standard paper sizes: 11 x 17, 8.5 x 14, or 8.5 x 11 inches, printed front and back. You are welcome to mix and match from our available program designs or incorporate preferred design elements.

To ensure the highest quality results, please submit all content at least 72 hours before the desired print date. Early submission allows us to devote the necessary time and attention your loved one deserves.

Required Format for Content Submission:
All content—including the cover, obituary, service information (Date of service, venue, venue address, visitation times, service times, and officiating clergy) order of service, poems or family reflections, interment details, and back cover information—must be typed and submitted via the Content Submission portal (preferred) or or as a Word (.doc) document, or within the body of an email.

Handwritten, photographed, scanned, or copied documents will not be accepted.

Submissions not received through our designated channels will be rejected without exception.​
Images:

Images should be no larger than 150 dpi if scanned.

We accept images via SMS at (240) 547-7724.

Low-resolution or dark images will be declined, and an alternative photo will be requested.

Each program layout allows for a limited number of images; photos exceeding the allowable number will not be accepted.​
Formatting Notes:

Content will be formatted to match our professional layout standards.

Please do not capitalize every word, and avoid using leading periods.

Submit your content through our Content Submission (preferred) or as a Word (.doc) document, or within the body of an email.

Do not send files designed in Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, or other desktop publishing software.
